Therapists in Hermosa Beach, CA

Hi, I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner . I’m passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy, clinical expertise, and a personalized approach. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, build resilience, and work toward lasting healing and growth.

Welcome, it is my pleasure to walk alongside you on this journey. I understand that finding the right therapist may be a daunting and difficult task, feel free to contact me for a free consultation. I too am a daughter of immigrants, wife, mother, sister and friend. I look forward to working with you.

Over 26 years of experience in psychiatry and substance use treatment settings. I utilize both conventional therapy and complimentary treatment options (e.g. use of dietary supplements). I offer psychiatric evaluation & medication management for adults, virtually and in-person. I can be flexible with my client's schedule. TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: Initial visit will focus on an assessment of symptoms and medical history. We will then collaborate to create a plan for addressing reported symptoms in a way that helps you feel in control. My patients typically experience symptom relief within the first month, followed by sustained improvement thereafter.
