My practice also addresses other life stressors that women can face in their lives such as depression, life changes, anxiety, and grief. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 17 years of experiences at various settings that include schools (k-12th), mental health agencies, domestic violence shelter, juvenile facility, adolescent residential facility, and an inpatient hospital. In addition to my private practice, I am working as a clinical supervisor at a clinic in Danville.

I support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating emotional, relational, identity, and life-transition challenges. My work focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, strengthen communication, and create meaningful change in their daily lives. I specialize in concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, gender and sexuality exploration, and family or relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies including DBT, ACT, Exposure Therapy, trauma-informed care, Gottman Couples Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. As a certified yoga teacher with training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation, I also bring a mind-body perspective to therapy when helpful. Whether clients are seeking individual therapy, couples or family support, DBT skills, trauma recovery, or career guidance, my goal is to provide a supportive space where they can feel understood, empowered, and better equipped to move forward.
