Are you feeling overwhelmed and stuck? Are you repeating frustrating patterns? Do you feel unsure of how to move forward? It’s normal to feel this way when facing major life transitions in a complex and often oppressive world.
Working together, I will help you slow down and pay attention to what is happening on the inside with gentleness and curiosity to find answers from your inner wisdom. By changing your relationship with yourself, you can feel more grounded, confident, and authentic. Doing so will allow you to access your most profound sense of empowerment and make clear choices to lead a more meaningful life.
When you face major life transitions, you may feel anxious, sad, isolated, frustrated, or confused. If you have a chronic or terminal illness, grief from the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship or a job, or are exploring your gender or sexual orientation; therapy can provide support and connection as you navigate challenges and choices.
While the lens through which I view the therapy process is existential and transpersonal, my work is fundamentally trauma-informed and social justice-oriented (anti-oppressive). The most common piece of feedback I receive from clients is that they feel more empowered, confident, and grounded after working with me. I am known for providing a safe, non-judgmental space where we explore your feelings, thoughts, choices, and values with gentle curiosity to increase self-awareness and self-compassion to improve your relationship with yourself and others. Together we can sort through what you are feeling to gain insight and relief so you can live with enhanced authenticity and integrity.
