She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work from Albany State University and has 9 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults in the child welfare and mental health fields.
Outside of her professional work, Yasmeenah enjoys volunteerism, traveling, reading, and music, passions that enrich her life and keep her connected to the world around her.
