I am a therapist with immediate daytime availability. I work with teens 16 and up and adults. I work with issues such as depression, anxiety, mood, dysregulation, body image, perinatal mood disorder, work stress, chronic illness, and pain. I am here for you to feel heard and validated. I work from a collaborative strength-based approach where we will address underlying patterns that may not be working for you anymore. I am an experienced clinician who believes in prioritizing mental health. I believe that one can cope with these issues by using skills of; attunement, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.

How you love yourself, is how you teach others to love you. I create a safe space in my therapy sessions where clients can feel free to express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns in a non-judgemental setting. I help my clients with the challenges they face at home, work, and school. I work with families and couples to help improve communication and marital/relationship issues.
