I am a Clinical Social Worker who currently works with individuals across the various life spans including adults, seniors, and adolescence.  I specialize in anxiety, depression, interpersonal- trauma, cultural  assimilation issues, symptom management, women’s issues and racial trauma.  As a clinician and a professional social worker, I understand how societal and systemic issues impact us during our day to day activities. I feel that taking a diverse approach which draws from various modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness and C-DBT, is the best way to  help  people feel supported  in achieving their goals.  My ultimate goal as a clinician is to help people feel as if they are in a healthy environment where they are supported and feel empowered to achieve their goals.I look forward to working with you as you embark on things in life.

Meet Linda Perry, a highly experienced healthcare professional with over 20 years in the field. She began her career as a midwife, caring for mothers and newborns during the birthing process. With a strong desire to expand her knowledge and skill set, she transitioned into the field of psychiatric mental health and is now a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Linda takes a patient-centered approach to her practice, ensuring that each individual's unique needs and concerns are addressed. She also judiciously uses medication management, ensuring that it is used to support and enhance overall treatment plans. With her diverse background and compassionate approach, Linda is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to her patients.

Sometimes life's struggles and transitions have led to pain and feelings of being paralyzed and lost. You are not alone even though day after day it might feel like a daily battle. Counseling can be the answer to finding hope and a new beginning to finding answers, self-awareness, and self-compassion for making new choices and having a new outlook. Sarah helps you find connections between your thoughts, feelings and actions to be emotionally healthy and face past hurts that are holding you back. Thoughts aren't facts and you can learn to change that inner voice that criticizes you and shed faulty beliefs that lead you down the wrong path time and again. Sarah is certified in EMDR, a highly researched and supported therapy for trauma and PTSD. EMDR enables people to heal from symptoms and emotional pain and is also used to address multiple mental health issues. Using techniques that align with neuroscience, this therapy uses the body’s ability to heal, often producing relief from many symptoms quickly. For children, Sarah integrates play techniques with EMDR because children heal through play and imagination. The effectiveness of EMDR results in clients who feel empowered rather than paralyzed by life experiences that in the past caused them great pain. EMDR does not require extensive homework or hours of talking about the pain to find relief. Simply said, talk therapy helps clients handle emotional pain, but EMDR removes the emotional pain! This is why EMDR is almost always Sarah's go to choice for most of her clients regardless of therapy issue.

Jaki has been working in social work for over 20 years. She received her Master's Degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, with a clinical concentration that focused on families and children. Jaki has experience working with diverse populations in various settings within the community. These settings include public education, foster care, and outpatient courts' mental health programs. Jaki understands the importance of meeting each client where they are. She utilizes holistic, strength-based, and solution-focused therapeutic approaches to help her clients achieve their goals.
