She received her Master's Degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, with a clinical concentration that focused on families and children. Jaki has experience working with diverse populations in various settings within the community. These settings include public education, foster care, and outpatient courts' mental health programs. Jaki understands the importance of meeting each client where they are. She utilizes holistic, strength-based, and solution-focused therapeutic approaches to help her clients achieve their goals.

Giovanni Pierre is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and the founder of Safe Haven eBehavioral Health. He started this virtual clinic with the goal of destigmatizing mental health conditions and helping individuals reach their full potential. Giovanni Pierre has several years of valuable experience in various settings in the mental health arena. He started his career as a behavioral health technician; he then graduated with his Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and immediately worked in psychiatry. He then went on to receive his Master’s of Science in Nursing. While completing his master's degree, he has trained under knowledgable physicians, nurse practitioners, and psychotherapists at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, MedStar Harbor Hospital, and other outpatient/inpatient locations. With his years of experience in mental health, he honed his treatment approach. He developed his patient skills in a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. Giovanni’s goal is to help individuals struggling with their mental health relieve their burden and help them fulfill their full capabilities! He fully understands that each individual is an expert on themselves. He is committed to collaborating with you to find a treatment approach that works best for you!

De'Trece (affectionately called Ms.Dee) brings over 20 years experience as a music therapist, mental health clinician, creative and arts educator. Additionally, she provides professional development trainings and consulting services regarding diversity and inclusion in urban educational settings, and supports educators, clergy, and other helping professionals with issues related to identity, compassion fatigue, and burnout.

Hey there! My name is Amarachi and I am the owner of Amarachi Therapy, LLC. My practice is focused on improving mental health outcomes for Black/POC professionals who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and thoughts of suicide due to the effects of toxic workplace environments. I work to help my clients develop an understanding of the impact of structural racism on their work experiences, understand their mental health symptoms, and utilize evidence-based techniques to improve the quality of their lives. I’m passionate about seeing Black people make money & loving their jobs and careers. My approach to therapy is holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices to create a tailored experience for each of my clients, grounding my approach in psychodynamic and cognitive/behavioral theories.
