What's your approach to women's issues, and what does progress look like for clients?
My approach to women’s issues is compassionate, curious, and individualized. I recognize that each person’s experiences, relationships, life transitions, and personal strengths are unique. Together, we explore what is contributing to current challenges while creating space to process past experiences and cultivate a deeper sense of meaning. Progress may look different for everyone, but often includes greater self-awareness, improved coping skills, stronger emotional regulation, increased confidence, and feeling more connected to your goals and values. I collaborate with you throughout the process so that progress is defined by what matters most to you.
Hello! I have worked with diverse populations across all ages and life stages over the past eight years. My focus is on working with self-esteem, mood disorders and trauma-informed care. My experiences allow me to meet you exactly where you are with a grounded perspective, ready to listen and support. I look forward to hearing from you to learn more about you. Meadow Path offers two types of services in Massachusetts: telehealth is available for all of the Commonwealth; and a hybrid option (combining primarily telehealth appointments coupled with structured in-person appointments featuring farm- and nature-based activities) may be available for those who are in the western Massachusetts area. My approach is maintaining an air of curiosity and applying integrative and evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR therapies. I also apply Expressive Arts, Narrative Therapy, and even eco-therapy techniques at times to maintain a sense of innovative exploration to keep our work dynamic. Currently I provide individual therapy services are available for those aged pre-teens and above. With Meadow Path Counseling Services, we strive to provide a compassionate, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space. Together, we will navigate life transitions to process and explore. By focusing on your unique strengths and interests, we’ll work to heal past pains and cultivate a deeper sense of meaning. I take my cue from you, collaborating to ensure we reach your personal goals.

I help anxious high achievers build awareness of their overactive nervous systems in order to calm the overwhelm and smother the burn out. Together, we will practice body-based strategies to calm the fight/flight responses, process & unpack the stories from your past using your body as a guide and develop a long-lasting plan for you to become self-sufficient in your own healing. I’m here to listen, validate, and facilitate. With somatic-based therapy, you will learn what it means to drop into your body, get curious about sensations, and embody the tools that finally keep burnout and overwhelm at bay. You are more than just tired. You’re burnt to a crisp - overwhelmed by the daily slog of work, family, and relationships. What used to fill your cup and bring you joy are now things that just drain your battery. Thinking about that never ending to-do list has left you overwhelmed and feeling defeated. But it’s more than just a mindset for you right now. You feel it in your body. The racing heartbeat, sweaty palms, the ache in the pit of your stomach. You’re having so many overwhelming sensations and feelings, you feel out of control. You know all the things that should make it better, but you feel immobilized; unable to shift into action. Or maybe you’ve tried talk therapy before, only to find that now that the story has been processed, you still don’t feel different. If you are ready to take control of your body & your life, contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to discover how therapy with a plan and the right therapist can make the difference in how to feel right now and beyond.

The journey towards self-discovery is a valuable and worthwhile endeavor, deserving of the effort required to connect with one's authentic self. I believe in the inherent capacity for individuals to thrive and undergo meaningful personal growth. Throughout our work together we will create an environment where vulnerability is embraced, challenging conversations occur, and discomfort is acknowledged as a catalyst for growth and change, as we explore and unravel learned patterns that may no longer serve you. My therapeutic approach is characterized by flexibility, adapting to your unique needs and preferences. I highly value your feedback, ensuring that our collaboration is a dynamic and responsive process. Grounded in an intersectional understanding of trauma, neurodiversity, and systemic oppression, I aim not only to delve into your internal world but also to consider the impact of external factors on your well-being. Therapy with me involves taking the time to connect with your joys, struggles, history, and hopes, facilitating a comprehensive and nuanced understanding of yourself. Focusing on complex trauma and neurodiversity, I have a profound appreciation for the richness and complexity of people's stories. I am committed to supporting your growth and change while acknowledging and welcoming all facets of your identity. Furthermore, I am dedicated to my own ongoing learning on social justice topics and anti-racism, recognizing the importance of understanding my own identities (both privileged and marginalized) to create an inclusive and empathic therapeutic environment. I believe that my work as a therapist is not just about individual growth but empowering my clients to recognize and dismantle the damaging and broken systems in their lives. As the therapeutic relationship is central to our work and not every therapist is going to be the best fit for you, I encourage you to take advantage of my 15 minute free consultation. This way we can discuss what you are looking for from therapy and I can answer any questions you might have about starting therapy with me. I look forward to hearing from you!
