When I was a little girl, my anxiety was so bad I found it absolutely terrifying to do even the simplest things like ordering from the ice cream truck. I dealt with crippling fear and self-doubt for decades, starting in those earliest years. Through my personal journey, education, and professional experience, I unraveled the toxic thought process that I had unknowingly worked so hard to perfect all my life. Today, I help others conquer the same sorts of fears and self doubt that used to hold me back. My passion is helping others break free from the patterns that hold them back and experience the life they want.

I have a degree in Social Work with a focus on family systems, sociology and human sexuality. Throughout my career I have worked with people of various backgrounds and with a variety of needs. I have worked with families and within a school setting with middle and high school students. I am looking forward to working with you. My passion has always been to help others with their emotional and mental health needs. I pride myself in being a great listener and by challenging negative thinking and working together, I anticipate successful outcomes and growth in your life!
