I help mothers navigate parenting stress, work-life balance challenges, and the emotional weight of raising children, some of whom may have additional developmental or medical needs. Some moms I work with are also navigating added stress related to their child’s development, learning needs, or medical concerns, while others are simply feeling burned out, anxious, or stretched beyond capacity. In therapy, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, less reactive, and more steady in your day-to-day life.
Moms often put themselves last; but you matter too. As a foster parent and mother myself, I understand how easy it is to put your own needs last. But you matter too. Therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and focus on your own healing.
