Hey there! My name is Katie and I specialize in helping late teens and young adults experience freedom from anxiety. I began working with individuals struggling with anxiety disorders back in 2018 and have been focused on learning as much as possible about anxiety and the inner workings of the brain and body in those who experience anxiety. I strongly believe in the mind-body connection and have seen powerful transformations from using this information to create lasting changes to our mental health.

I am a licensed therapist in Ashtabula County Ohio offering in-person services and telehealth throughout the State of Ohio. 

It takes a great deal of courage and bravery to seek therapy. I am glad you are here looking for the support you deserve. My goal is to meet clients where they currently are in their journey to feeling healthy, happy, and whole. Helping them cultivate their unique strengths while navigating the challenges they face along the way. I aim to provide a safe supportive environment for my clients as they work toward changing the direction of their lives for the better. I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety and depression, life transitions, and family issues. I have worked with a wide variety of ages and diagnoses. Keeping everyone's health and safety as a top priority, I am currently only offering virtual/telehealth services.

My special interest is working with woman experiencing prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum. I also have experience working with individuals ages 5 and up and from all walks of life in a school based and community based settings.
