What's your experience with eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)?
I got trained in EMDR back in 2020. I use this modality with my trauma patients. For some patients, even if they do not have trauma, I use some practices from this modality because it helps us notice sequences and manage other symptoms.
