How do you work with clients with spiritual or religious issues?
I'm experienced in working with individuals from an LDS/Mormon, Christian, and Muslim background. I understand that dealing with spiritual and religious issues can be challenging, and I create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
I specialize in working with people navigating faith transitions. I've navigated my own experience in this area, and I'm here to help you whether you're continuing with your religious practices or transitioning away from your faith.
During our sessions, I'll be there to help you contemplate existential questions and explore new ideas. Finding new meaning and purpose in life can take time, but my goal is to support you throughout the process. I can also help you navigate relationship issues during your faith transition, such as communicating with your loved ones or navigating employment issues.
My aim is to provide a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your spiritual or religious concerns, regardless of your beliefs. Together, we can work towards finding peace and fulfillment in your life.
You are exhausted from constantly holding things together, even when everything inside is falling apart. You're overwhelmed by stress, disconnected from your relationships, and questioning beliefs that once felt certain. These struggles can leave you anxious, burnt out, and unsure of who you are or what comes next.
That’s where reaching out to a professional can help.
