When working with clients with anxiety, I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help them identify and challenge negative thought patterns and develop effective coping strategies. I also offer a range of therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness practices and culturally sensitive approaches, tailored to each client's needs.
