I am passionate about creating space to help clarify and untangle that which may be difficult to feel, perceive, or understand. I provide collaborative holistic therapy that is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I am here to meet you where you are to provide the best support and guidance tailored to your individual needs through compassion, empathy and empowerment. My approach incorporates various evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, etc. in an effort to promote increased wellness and healing. My specialities include the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, difficult life transitions and identity exploration, relationship issues, grief/loss and trauma. I’m also experienced in assisting clients in educational/career support to help them obtain their personal goals. Additionally, I have a keen interest in working with individuals of color who experience stress related to marginalization, acculturation and intergenerational conflict. I also have a strong passion for working with mothers through the lifespan of their parenting experience from infertility to wounded relationships with adult children. All stages of maternal mental health and its impacting factors are welcome for exploration.
