I've worked extensively in cardiology and observed that true health improvements come from lifestyle changes rather than just medical treatments. This inspired me to earn a doctorate in lifestyle medicine, focusing on managing conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
I firmly believe that health is not just about the body—it's about nurturing your mental and emotional well-being too.
