Take your time to read through my profile and my website. If you sense that I may be a good fit based on what you are reading, you can e-mail me, call me, or text me. During the free phone consultation, you can ask me more about my training and education, what a typical session with me is like, or any other questions you may have that are specific to you. You'll be able to discuss what's on your mind and we can decide together how I can help. It may be helpful to think of the first few sessions as trying out the waters together. During the session, you'll be able to see how you feel working with me. My approach is not going to work for everyone. What's most important to me is that you find someone who you feel is the right fit for you. We can explore that together.
You want to thrive and trust yourself, but it feels like an impossible task. Don't you wish you had the tools to change that? You've come to the right place. I'm Kimberly, and I help women and teens just like you: ones that have it within them to feel confident, secure, and thrive, but just need the support to get there. I help my clients find confidence, fulfillment, and values by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and thrive. Many of today's solutions for anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem are changing negative thoughts, leading many to feel misunderstood and like they are not making real progress. I know that your circumstances are unique, so I help you gain introspection by tailoring therapy to you, and always with an end goal in mind. My training in anxiety and depression means, y I have the expertise you need and deserve when feeling confident about yourself. But at the end of the day, you want to know you are working with someone who "gets" what it means to be a teen or woman struggling with anxiety and depression right? I get it because I have lived it myself. I know that sometimes you just want to quit. So when we work together, you won't just get a trained therapist, you'll get someone who truly understands what you are going through.
