Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
My training and clinical experience have reinforced my belief that evidence-based treatment, combined with a supportive therapeutic relationship, can help individuals make meaningful and lasting changes. What continues to motivate me is the opportunity to assist clients in developing insight, improving coping skills, and working toward greater emotional stability and overall well-being. I value providing a structured, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore concerns, identify patterns, and build practical strategies to manage challenges more effectively. Seeing clients gain confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of control in their lives is what makes this work rewarding and keeps me committed to the field.
