I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia and California. I am also the Founder and CEO of Calibrated Wellness LLC— a practice that aspires to create hope, highlights resiliency, and guides healing that leads to calibration. With over 15 years of mental health experience I have served in various environments to include but not limited to an intensive In-Patient Program, Hospital Emergency Unit, Military Focused Programs and Private Practices. I often work with people working through Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Grief & Loss, OCD, Dysfunctional Relationships, Dual Diagnosis and other Serious Mental Illnesses. Dr. Khaleghian is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing in the Los Angeles area for over 10 years and is currently located in Beverly Hills, California. She provides psychotherapy services in both English and Farsi.  Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, California, she received a Bachelor of Arts from Chapman University, majoring in psychology and graduating with honors. She then earned her Doctorate and Masters in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University, an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program, where she specialized in Family, Couples, and Sex Therapy.

I am Elizabeth Tata-Acha, a board-certified Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have a master's degree in nursing with a specialty in psychiatric mental health across the lifespan. I am a seasoned healthcare provider offering a holistic care and treatment approach. I have won numerous awards for excellent patient care. My practice specialties include but are not limited to mental health conditions like ADD/ ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Schizophrenia, and PTSD. Treatment philosophy I provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for mental health conditions across the lifespan. I am a strong patient advocate and educator, helping patients participate in their healing process. I am a clinical psychologist practicing in West Los Angeles, with a foundation in psychoanalytic therapy. I earned my doctorate from the California Institute of Integral Studies and completed postdoctoral training at the Wright Institute Los Angeles. In my clinical work I demonstrate careful listening, conceptual rigor, and sustained attention to unconscious processes, language, and relational dynamics. I am particularly interested in how symptoms, impasses, and forms of suffering are structured, and in how meaning emerges over time through the analytic process. I value approaches that resist quick reassurance or technique-driven solutions in favor of patience, precision, and respect for the client's subjectivity. In the consulting room, I provide an environment where complexity can be thought rather than reacted to. My work emphasizes tolerating uncertainty, attending to transference and resistance, and remaining ethically responsive to power, dependency, and responsibility as they arise in treatment.
