I'm Malinda Bilbrey, a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist from Southern CA. My passion is helping people achieve who they want to be. I am a trauma specialist in mental health. Trauma is defined as anything in life you have gone through that you can't wrap your head around and in fact in makes you have a physical reaction when you think about that "thing" or event. My favorite model is EMDR, founded by Francine Shapiro, due to it's fast, healing results for most mental health issues. It's been research to be effective at 80-90%, especially to address depression, anxiety, PTSD and other disorder. It also works well with trauma related to childhood.
