I am a licensed clinical social worker, certified to provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and an AASECT-certified Sex Therapist. I bring a trauma-focused perspective to all of my work and pull from a mix of evidence-based treatments depending on client need. My specialties are in sex therapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. My experience providing sex therapy includes treatment for the following conditions: desire discrepancy in couples; low sex drive; ED, PE, vaginismus, vulvodynia, recovery from sexual trauma, erotic recovery and emotional healing after an affair, negotiating boundaries within monogamy, the development of a polyamorous agreement, out-of-control sexual behaviors and kink-affirming care. I am so excited about ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), which I provide in partnership with prescribers through Journey Clinical. While nothing is a magic cure, I have been amazed and inspired by the rapid improvement I've seen in my KAP clients' lives.

I help clients explore what it means to live in deeper alignment with their sense of self, desires, values, and capacity for pleasure. My work is rooted in the belief that feeling fully alive includes reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that may have been shaped, limited, or silenced by expectations of who we “should” be. Together, we explore sexuality, pleasure, identity, relationships, and self-expression as meaningful parts of the healing process. When we talk about sex, we often open the door to many other areas of life — intimacy, boundaries, confidence, vulnerability, joy, and personal freedom. My approach is mindful, present-centered, and compassionate. I support clients in tuning into what is happening in the here and now, noticing what their experiences can teach them, and using that awareness to move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fully their own.

I am a dual-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified nurse-midwife with a specialized focus on women’s mental health.
