Life happens and suddenly something has shifted, you may feel stuck and overwhelmed, and you are not sure how to find your footing again. Change is genuinely hard. My own path included a career change, moving halfway across the world, and starting a family of my own. For eight years I have worked with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and the weight of burnout or dealing with a life that looks different than you planned. I work with people from diverse backgrounds and enjoy this aspect of my work because it allows me to learn from my clients, expand my horizons, and broaden my own perspective in meaningful ways.
In our sessions, we work at your pace. I help you examine thoughts that feel like facts, notice patterns that keep you stuck, and build practical skills for when anxiety or stress takes hold. You set the direction. I listen closely, ask questions, and help connect what you are thinking, feeling, and doing, so that change starts to feel possible.
If you have been putting off reaching out, that makes sense. Starting therapy takes courage, and you do not need to have everything figured out before the first conversation. Whether something has built slowly over years or caught you off guard, there is room here for all of it. I would be glad to hear what is on your mind.
