I am a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping individuals cope with the everyday stressors of life, reaching their full potential and seeing themselves in a new light. I have provided therapy to individuals from children to adults. I also have experience providing therapy to adults with cognitive challenges and have used modified treatment strategies to work effectively with that population. I primarily practice through the lense of mindfulness and self compassion, although I have specialized training in several areas associated with treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Trauma, and Eating Disorders.
