I have ten years of therapeutic experience, first in community mental health and then in my own private practice the last two years. I'm licensed in CA and NY and hold specialities in Gestalt therapy, Somatic therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment, Trauma, Grief & Loss.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy that centers on helping you understand your experience in the “here and now” and getting in touch with your feelings. My therapeutic style is patient, warm, supportive, and empowering. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing anything on your mind while processing your emotions. I am a strong believer that speaking on and exploring concerns allows for healing and growth. I am excited to start working with you!
