How does motivational interviewing work, and what do sessions look like?
I use Motivational Interviewing as a collaborative and nonjudgmental way to help clients explore change at their own pace. Rather than telling you what you should do, I help you identify your own reasons for change, understand what may be holding you back, and recognize the strengths you already have. Sessions are conversational, supportive, and focused on building confidence. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship concerns, personal goals, or patterns you want to change, I help you move from feeling stuck toward meaningful, self-directed action.
