A little about me, I grew up in the PNW, love the outdoors to specifically include anything water or mountains. In the spring and summer months, you will find me kayaking, jet skiing, white water river rafting, hiking and backpacking. The winter months, I enjoy hiking and snowshoeing. My ultimate passion and future goal include international traveling and possibly settling on a beach but continuing to practice telehealth. I am an experienced gay and poly Korean American counselor who specializes in understanding and helping you. I have years of experience working with LGBTQIA+ issues and an advocate for racial equity and social justice.

I’ve always carried a deep desire to help people. My first career law enforcement. However, it did not really allow me to really dig in with individuals and help them make changes so they were not continuing the same cycles over and over. I returned to school and pursued my education in behavioral science and then mental health counseling, graduating with my Master’s degree in 2013. I've treated clients in residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, community mental health, and in a low to high security, all male state prison. I've worked with individuals from every walk of life. As a therapist and human being I’m always motivated to learn and grow. One of my passions is Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I have been trained in and previously held certification in the Equine Assisted Growth & Education model. I also earned my EAGALA Military Services Designation to provide culturally competent services to our military members and their families. Another passion is working with our first responders, giving back to those to give so much daily.

Hey all! Anthony Grippo here. I'm born and raised in Portland, Oregon and I still call this place my home. I went to Southern Oregon University before transferring and graduating from University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Marketing and Finance. Upon graduation, I started a group practice that is based out of Oregon but operates in Washington and Oregon. The demand for mental health providers has never been higher. The goal when I started this practice was to provide the highest quality mental healthcare to those who seek it. This has been made possible by bringing on the most qualified and friendly PMHNPs I could find. Our team offers a wide range of focuses and specialties-- from ADHD and depression to anxiety and insomnia. We offer conventional medication management as well as non-pharmaceutical options. Many of our providers implement a holistic approach to treatment.
