How do you work with clients with anxiety?
When working with clients experiencing anxiety, I take a compassionate and evidence-based approach tailored to their unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to help clients identify triggers, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop effective coping strategies. Together, we work on building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and fostering a sense of control over anxious thoughts and feelings. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to navigate their anxiety with confidence and develop lasting tools for managing stress and uncertainty.
With extensive experience and a compassionate approach, I am committed to supporting adults through their mental health journeys. Holding a Psy.D. from Immaculata University since 2016, my dedication to mental wellness spans back to 2007. I specialize in assisting individuals facing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression, utilizing evidence-based treatments with a strong emphasis on a person-centered perspective. My goal is to foster a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel truly understood and empowered.
