How does Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) work?

I enjoy working with people who are going through shame. I believe that shame is something that is widely prevalent today, but due to the very nature of shame we are too fearful to talk about it or let it slip that we are struggling with who we are. I also have a passion working with people who are struggling in their relationships with their partners or spouses. I love doing couples counseling and helping to re-establish the love and trust that was once there.
