If you are anything like me, you have had a moment in your life when you asked yourself "What do I do?" or “Who can help me?” For me, therapy is one option for individuals who want to acknowledge & break down their barriers to success. I’m happy you are here and I know how difficult it can be to ask for help, but you are not alone. Hi! I’m Jillian, and I am excited to support you on your mental health journey! I received my Bachelors in Psychology and my Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling, providing me with training and education in Career Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Psychotherapy. As a mental health professional I have had the privilege & challenge to walk alongside children, teens, adults and their families struggling with anxiety & depression symptoms, ADHD, intellectual & developmental disabilities, school issues and trauma. I support clients with navigating through life transitions, career/ education exploration, stress reduction, interpersonal & relationship skills, and self-esteem challenges. I am trauma-trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and have additional knowledge and understanding of working with disabilities through a Registered Behavioral Technician lens. My goal is to work alongside you, treating you as the individual you are and the expert on yourself. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, I am here to support you in setting attainable goals that fit your needs. Regardless of where you are on your journey I believe that with the right support and approach that reaching your goals is possible. I provide a non judgemental, neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ affirming environment to promote a comfortable space for you to reach these goals. If you are ready to take that first step to reaching your goals, call or text me for a 15 minute consultation!
