I take a compassionate, individualized approach to help clients manage depression and regain a sense of balance. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and medication management when needed, I work with clients to identify negative thought patterns, build coping skills, and develop healthier daily routines.
