Telehealth services can be done from the comfort of your home. It can also be a great starting point if you are struggling with anxiety to do in person sessions. The conveniency of Telehealth makes it more realistic for working individuals, those with families, busy schedules, transportation issues, etc. to have continuity of care. Telehealth services can be just as effective as in person but we offer both options.
