What should people thinking about working with you, know about you?
I am dedicated to social work as a practice of collaboration, compassion, and social justice.I typically use a combination of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-focused therapy to support clients in meeting their personal goals in treatment. I utilized a systems-focused, anti-racist, and anti-colonial approach in addressing the impacts of social oppression, systemic injustices, community and individual resilience, and the lived realities and wisdom of one’s own lived experience and of one’s lineage of ancestors. I have found that my style and approach is a good fit for children, teens, adults, and elders who are dealing with life transitions, self-exploration, navigating social pressures of living within intersectional identities, have survived trauma, and are looking to connect with their values and find their community. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma disorders, and neurodivergence. I work alongside clients to deeply reflect, sit with, and learn how to hold the multitude of their experiences in a more affirming and authentic way that works for the client.
Greetings fellow human, I recognize how intimating the search for a therapist can be. I hope that you are being kind to yourself and allowing time to feel your feels. I am one of many options, and I hope you find what you need because you deserve care that holds all of you. I may be a good fit, if you're looking for a deep reflection, compassion, and inner clarity.

My Guiding Principles: Connection: Our past experiences have influenced and programmed us for how we act, think, and feel today. By uncovering this programming and the purpose it serves in life, I help you deconstruct unhealthy patterns and build new ones. Congruence: Anxiety, communication breakdown, and discontentment are often the cause of areas of our life being out of balance. I aim to help you bring life back into harmony, guiding you to intentionality in what you do, why you do it, and where you put your energy. Curiosity: Fostering a spirit of curiosity allows you to stop, assess, and decide how to approach a situation. You can learn to evaluate the narrative you are creating and to first seek to understand yourself and your partner before reacting.
What if one session could make all the difference? Anxiety, depression, fears, traumatic events or memories, irritability, triggers, and reactivity. You might have tried therapy before but felt like it was focused just on “coping”...not on actually getting to the root of the issue. You’re ready to go deep and put these triggers and patterns to rest for good. Brainspotting (BSP) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) offer fast, gentle, and highly effective relief, without the need to talk about your problems in detail. It’s time to move past the triggers and patterns that have been holding you back far too long. Deep, long-lasting change doesn’t have to take years. ART and BSP empower your brain to do the healing work so you can finally re-process and neutralize painful memories, experiences, and events, making room for feelings of more calm, clarity, and relief. Research shows that if often takes just 1-5 sessions to experience significant changes. As a client myself, I was able to access and resolve things that talking alone could not fully repair—and it’s because of my experience that I decided to get trained. These methods have made such an impact on my life that I wanted to be able to bring them to my clients, too. Together, we can discuss which option is best for you. Reach out to get started!
