What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
A typical session - your initial consultation with the clinician that you picked. You two talk about what you are looking for in a clinician. The clinician and you agree to continue seeing each other or not. If not, the clinician will offer some referrals to you and wish you well on your journey. The following sessions are usually 45 minutes of discussing the issue at the surface level. Together the two of you will try to find the root of the issue and the symptoms that it may exhibit. They'll arm you with healthy ways of processing through feelings and challenges. Their goal is to help you improve your life in every way that they can. We have several clinicians so the best way to figure out which one is right for you is to visit our website and read about their focus areas.
I'm the founder and CEO of Thera-Fi. Our team of licensed professionals offer discrete therapy online to clients anywhere in Ohio. I was tired of seeing clients turned away because of insurance issues (you only get X number of approved visits, surprise bills hitting clients, forcing a diagnosis on someone). I was also tired of seeing facilities gouge clients at $250 an hour and burn out their clinicians. My job is to keep the clinicians focused on providing the best service to you as possible so that you leave with a new focus. Balance is the key to living a good life. If you think so too, then come check us out.
