Do you feel burned out or stuck in a life that no longer works for you? Does your body feel pained, exhausted, or overly anxious. Do you feel like a phony or that the real you hasn't yet emerged. Well, you've only been this age once. Maybe it's time to give your life an overhaul. Somatic psychology is a cutting-edge approach that works to restore the nervous system to a state of healthy regulation, energy, flow and feeling at home in your body. This provides a foundation of authentic self-esteem that becomes the basis for a big meaningful career and a network of healthy relationships—a life that feels great on the inside. The core of my work uses Somatic Experiencing, a body-oriented approach grounded in neuroscience and the latest in trauma-informed research. It works to discharge bound survival energy, disrupt tension patterns, and reset and revitalize the nervous system. Somatic therapy pairs extremely well with psychedelic work to accelerate the process of healing. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment patterns, and a psychodynamic approach into my work. My main areas of specialization are: - Authentic Career Adaptation - Attachment Strategies in Relationships - Chronic Pain and Health Conditions - Psychedelic Integration - Owning your Identity (LGBT and other) Whether you are new to therapy or have spent years talking about your problems without improvement, you may have been using the wrong approach. If you'd like to learn more about my approach and why it can be more effective than talk therapy, visit my website and schedule a free 30-minute consultation. I look forward to meeting you.

With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals overcome Panic Disorder by utilizing a compassionate and integrative approach. My practice is centered on evidence-based techniques, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Experiencing a panic attack can feel overwhelming and terrifying. During an episode, it’s common for individuals to experience intense physical symptoms such as a racing heart, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, or a feeling of choking. These sensations often lead to a fear of losing control, fainting, or even dying. Emotionally, panic attacks bring on a wave of fear and a sense of impending doom, making it feel like the world is closing in. Many people describe feeling detached from reality, as if they are watching themselves from the outside.  In my practice, I work with clients to break the cycle of panic and anxiety, empowering them with the tools and skills needed to manage overwhelming emotions and regain control of their lives. My approach combines mindfulness and self-compassion to help clients build a deeper understanding of their triggers and reactions, while CBT provides practical strategies to challenge and reframe negative thinking patterns.  My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and equipped to face their challenges with confidence. I offer individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering personal growth and long-term resilience.
