How do you work with clients with ADHD?
I work with clients with ADHD by first gaining a clear understanding of how symptoms are affecting daily life, including focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and overall functioning. During the initial evaluation, I review your history, current concerns, past treatment experiences, and personal goals so we can create a treatment plan that is individualized and practical.
Care may include medication management, supportive therapy, and behavioral strategies tailored to your needs. I also emphasize education so you understand your symptoms, treatment options, and tools that can help with routines, attention, productivity, and stress management.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and judgment-free. I aim to help clients feel understood and supported while working toward meaningful improvements in focus, confidence, and daily functioning.
