I use different approaches in therapy including, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy to support your journey. I assign homework to help you practice what you learn in session and make progress towards your treatment goals. Therapy with me is teamwork: I want you to feel ownership over your own treatment and we will work together to develop treatment plans and keep us both accountable for them. My personal goal for you is that you get to a place where you feel you do not need me anymore and you are able to slay whatever comes your way. I want to work with you in achieving this.  I have experience treating adults who are struggling with their relationships, healing from inter-generation trauma, going through a difficult life or role transition, struggling with low self-esteem, and/or dealing with depression/anxiety.
