My focus is client-centered care to help clients reach their treatment goals. I am a Strengths-Based individual and family therapist who works with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, substance use, relationship dynamics, or major life transitions. My goal is to help you find peace of mind and to help you start loving yourself again. I am open to helping individuals who really want to help themselves. I truly listen to my clients, openly, honestly, and without judgment. I love to tell them what they need to hear not what they want to hear. I feel homework is a critical and crucial part of treatment and it helps to solidify our discussions. My goals for you is a collaborative effort, you know what issues are impacting you and what you are willing to do to change your life. I am here to just assist and guide you in the right direction.

The most common piece of feedback I receive from clients is that they feel more empowered, confident, and grounded after working with me. I am known for providing a safe, non-judgmental space where we explore your feelings, thoughts, choices, and values with gentle curiosity to increase self-awareness and self-compassion to improve your relationship with yourself and others. Together we can sort through what you are feeling to gain insight and relief so you can live with enhanced authenticity and integrity.
