Hi! I am a Masters-Level Mental Health Counselor and I have been in the mental health field since 2020. Before working in outpatient, I specialized in eating disorders in a clinic setting. I have also became familiar with PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and personality disorders. My treatment model is centered around CBT, DBT, and REBT. This means that I focus on the interaction of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and place emphasis on irrational thought processes. 

I specialize in the treatment of adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
