Hello! I am a LLMFT that loves to genuinely get to know people, what makes them who they are and what ones' journey has encompassed before I met you. I am a wife, mother, military spouse and someone who loves to be outside as much as possible. 

Reaching out for support demonstrates courage. My practice provides a sanctuary where you can safely set aside your defenses. I honor the bravery required to explore vulnerable aspects of yourself and create an environment where challenging realities can be confronted and genuine healing can happen. I deliver targeted, results-oriented therapy addressing trauma & PTSD, anxiety, substance use disorders, and the effects of childhood emotional neglect. My therapeutic approach uses practical strategies with profound emotional healing through specialized Brainspotting therapy. The foundation of my practice rests on a fundamental truth: your completeness already exists within you. This inherent wholeness has simply been clouded by defense mechanisms, adaptation strategies, and anxieties that no longer benefit your. By addressing these layers together, we clear the path for your authentic self to emerge and flourish.

At Nurturing Selves, I provide high quality mental health treatment using methods that best meet the needs of the child,  their parents/caregivers, and their families.

I use an eclectic mix, often including psychodynamic work, in therapy to include the entire person: body, mind and spirit. I educate and empower clients to use practical tools learned in therapy in realistic, lifelong ways. I also like to include elements of movement, nature - especially horses, into my work. It takes courage to be vulnerable and acknowledge you'd like some help along this journey. I know because I've been there myself. Many of my clients come to me feeling alone, unfulfilled, and wanting something different out of their relationships. They are often feeling burnt out, struggling with impulsivity & procrastination, feeling “not good enough,” holding themselves to unrealistic standards, feeling weighed down by what’s happening in the world, repeating the same unhealthy relationship patterns again and again, and confused about who they are after spending so much time trying to be something else for other people.
