I went to Texas Tech University from August 2017-May 2020, and completed my graduate school education at Oklahoma State University from August 2020-August 2022. I am passionate about providing a safe space for growth and freedom. I work from a collaborative perspective, and believe that all individuals are the experts in their own lives. I am of the opinion that I am not above you as a therapist, but side by side with you as we work through whatever you bring to therapy together. Some fun facts about me: I have a pandemic pet, I will drink iced coffee in ANY weather, and I have 3 tattoos! 

I am a dual board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. With extensive training and experience in family practice and psychiatric care, I am equipped and dedicated to diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of mental health and primary care conditions. Through active listening, evidence-based assessments, and individualized treatment plans, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my patients can openly discuss their concerns.
