Hello! I'm Angel De Armas, your dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner based in Mesquite, TX. With a heartfelt commitment to healthcare, I've been providing compassionate and comprehensive primary care to families just like yours. My journey in medicine began as a Certified Medical Assistant, where I honed my skills in patient care and medical procedures. Now, as a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience at AB FAMILY MEDICINE PLLC and Care Connectors in Dallas, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing approach to every wellness exam and patient interaction. From conducting thorough physical exams to managing treatment plans, my goal is to ensure you feel heard, cared for, and confident in your health journey. Hi! I’m Heidi Womack, founder of Happy Horizons Therapy, PLLC.  I’ve been a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for 17 wonderful years and LOVE what I do. I firmly believe that every child has greatness and that they are capable of living their happiest, most fulfilling life. I am here to not only help your child achieve their developmental milestones, but to also be a new support system for you and your family.  My role with you and your child extends beyond the term “therapist” into that of coach, cheerleader, advocate, helper, and teacher.  My goal is for you to feel fully supported within the therapy experience, and for your child to feel successful in their ability to play, socialize, move, talk, eat, dress, write, and so much more!  For the children who struggle in one or more of these areas, and for the parents who might be frustrated or overwhelmed, I understand.  I have been in your shoes. I am here to help. You are not alone! Online TherapyAccepting New Clients
Hi! I’m Emilee Crowder, a relational, trauma-informed therapist providing online therapy for women in Texas, Arizona, Alaska, Utah & Washington. I work especially well with women navigating people-pleasing, anxiety, attachment wounds, relational trauma & religious trauma. You might find yourself overthinking interactions, worrying that someone is upset with you, struggling to know what you actually want, feeling responsible for other people’s emotions, or noticing the same relationship patterns showing up again & again. My approach to therapy is collaborative, curious & very human. Rather than simply trying to get rid of uncomfortable emotions, we’ll get curious about what they’re telling us, explore where your patterns came from & understand what they may have helped you survive, protect or maintain in the past. From there, we can work toward more self-trust, stronger boundaries & relationships where you don’t have to abandon yourself to stay connected. I’m trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA-approved program & may integrate EMDR when it could help us work with experiences, memories, beliefs or emotional responses that continue to feel stuck. I also bring lived experience to my work with religious trauma & faith transitions. I grew up in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, served a mission, attended BYU & later left the church. I understand how deeply religion can become intertwined with identity, relationships, belonging & self-trust. You don’t need to show up to therapy knowing exactly what to talk about or how to “do therapy” correctly. We’ll figure it out together.
