Healing is not meant to be done alone. Each of us will face anxiety loss, uncertainty, disruption, disconnection, illness… these are natural to the human condition. In encountering these inherent challenges, we need to be witnessed, held, and heard, as we take the risk to journey through the dark night. Making the choice to seek therapy does not make you weak. If you embark on this journey with me as your companion, we will tap into the wells of knowledge, tools, and wisdom that reside within us both, as collaborators in your healing. These dialogues and practices have the potential to awaken more vitality, joy, calm, self-worth, dignity, along with a sense of compassion and belongingness with self, others, and the larger world.
Hello dear one. Thank you for your curiosity in seeking guidance. While I may not yet know the journey that has brought you here, I’m glad that we are crossing paths.
