I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit each individual's needs; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy and motivational interviewing; with focus on problem solving, coping skills, relapse prevention and continued recovery.
