Procrastinating on work or running on autopilot? Struggling to stay focused, get quality sleep, or keep your routines on track? Maybe you’re feeling drained, frustrated by nutrition, exercise habits, or hormonal shifts, or just not like yourself lately. You’re not alone. I help people stop wasting their energy on things that drain them and start investing it where it counts. I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and work with adults ages 19 to 45. My focus is on comprehensive medication management for ADHD, Depression, Insomnia, PMDD, PTSD, and weight management. I treat the whole person, not just their symptoms. This includes looking closely at sleep habits, screen time, food choices, weightlifting, communication, mindset, and daily routines to support lasting change. My focus is on making sure you’re strong in every area, not just surviving. With 10 years of experience as a travel nurse, including 6 in psychiatry, I bring a strong clinical foundation to my current role as a nurse practitioner. Over the years, one thing has become clear to me: at the core, we are all more alike than different. Most people want peace, autonomy, and real enjoyment in their lives. My philosophy is a lot like sports. In baseball, maybe you can catch, run, and hit line drives, but if you can’t throw the ball, you’ll never reach your full potential. Mental health works the same way. Medication, sleep, movement, and daily habits all work together. That’s how real change happens

Hi there, I am so glad you're here. I understand how daunting it can be to take steps towards healing. Perhaps you feel misunderstood by the people around you. Or perhaps you are accustomed to confronting problems on your own, without the help of others. Whatever you might be facing, I want to assure you that you are not alone. I am honored to walk alongside you as you step outside of your comfort zone to embark on your journey to growth and self-discovery. I offer warm and collaborative therapy to individuals and couples who are seeking to work through past traumas, difficult emotions, communication, and challenges with identity. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a space where you are able to be your authentic self and explore the nooks and crannies of your internal world. If you are seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your inner world, I will be there to hold and support every part of you as we put the pieces together. As your therapist, I can help you re-discover and make peace with the parts of yourself that were overlooked and perhaps pushed away due to past traumas or challenges with self-identity. In working together, you can begin to redefine yourself in ways that feel empowering, authentic, and aligned. Whatever it may be, you are not alone in your journey. Do you feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, OCD, or depression that makes it hard to enjoy life, relationships, or even day-to-day routines? Many people come to counseling hoping to understand their past, regulate emotions, and find relief from patterns that continue to shape their lives. You’re not alone, and healing is possible. Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but it is also a courageous move toward meaningful change. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), working with individuals, young adults, couples, and families. Many mental health challenges stem from unprocessed pain rooted in earlier life experiences. Through structured guidance and compassionate support, I help clients uncover root causes, build self-awareness, and develop skills that foster resilience, healthier patterns, and stronger relationships. Therapy is always collaborative and tailored to your goals, circumstances, and strengths. I utilize carefully selected, evidence-based approaches, including Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and a value-based approach. My style blends clarity, structure, and practical tools with warmth, collaboration, and deep person-centered care. Whether you’re facing intrusive thoughts, grief, identity concerns, relationship challenges, or life transitions, therapy is about more than coping—it’s about building insight, confidence, and lasting change.
