Online & In-PersonAccepting New Clients
Not interested in weekly sessions? I offer bespoke multi-hour intensives for clients looking for deep work which can lead to transformation. With uninterrupted time, you can dive deep into issues which have been holding you back. There is space to explore, release and move forward - without rushing or stopping early. Common topics women focus on: processing sexual assaults, war experiences, medical trauma, religious trauma, anger, guilt, and phobias. Modalities used: somatic tapping, brainspotting, flash, deep brain reorienting, IFS/Parts work, Schema work. Depending on client interests, in person sessions in Mobile, Alabama may also include using art supplies, exploring symbolism with oracle or tarot cards, incorporating movement with yoga, or going outside to walk in a park or at nearby beaches at the Gulf of Mexico. Many people fly in for therapy and combine it with a vacation. Intensives are a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 7 hours in one or more days. Many people will schedule a 4 hour morning session followed by an afternoon at the beach and repeat that for two or three days. Intensives can be during the weekday or on weekend. We will have one meeting before the intensive to clearly define your goals for the intensive. After the intensive, there will be a short follow up meeting to discuss the results of the intensive. All intensives are private pay. No superbill or diagnosis will be provided. A non-refundable deposit is required.
