Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of healing and transformation. I have always been drawn to understanding human emotions, resilience, and the ways our past experiences shape our present lives. Seeing the profound impact that trauma can have on individuals, I felt a deep calling to help people break free from patterns that no longer serve them and create a life of fulfillment and stability.  What motivates me to continue is witnessing the strength and growth of my clients. Seeing someone reclaim their sense of self, build healthier relationships, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges is incredibly rewarding. The journey of healing is not always easy, but being a guide and support system for people as they work through their struggles and find hope again keeps me inspired every day. My passion lies in empowering others to rewrite their narratives, recognize their worth, and step into a life that aligns with their true potential.
As a licensed trauma therapist, I am dedicated to helping you navigate the challenges of trauma, anxiety, and emotional distress. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can work together to understand and rewire trauma responses that may be holding you back. By integrating evidence-based techniques, I help clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Through our work, you can expect to gain deeper self-awareness, enhance your ability to manage stress, and improve your relationships and overall well-being. I am committed to supporting your journey toward healing, empowering you to shift unhelpful thought patterns, and maximizing your personal and professional growth. You don’t have to navigate this alone—together, we can create meaningful and lasting change in your life.

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I have been in this field for a long time, and I recognize the ongoing need for quality providers who can balance not only safe and evidence based care, but your personal needs. I advocate for a comprehensive approach to mental health, combining medication, therapy, and whole-body wellness to find the root cause. I offer telehealth and in-person mental health services so you can get care that fits your life. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I look forward to learning more about you and supporting you on your journey!
I help those seeking a deeper, lasting approach to mental health—someone who may have tried medication or therapy before but hasn’t found the right fit. They struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, or mood instability and want a provider who sees them as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. They are looking for a balance of medication, therapy, and lifestyle changes to feel better, regain control, and build resilience. Their goal is to heal, grow, and feel empowered in their mental health journey, using both science and holistic strategies to create real, sustainable change. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and panic disorders, offering therapy, medication management, and lifestyle support. As a SAFE-EMDR therapist and integrative provider, I help clients heal from trauma, manage emotions, and build resilience. My goal is to create personalized, effective treatment plans for lasting well-being

Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the deeper layers of human experience—the “why” behind our patterns, the unspoken pain we carry, and the quiet strength that emerges when we’re truly supported. I believe that healing is possible when we feel safe, seen, and understood. I wanted to be someone who could offer that space. What continues to motivate me is witnessing transformation—not always dramatic, but often subtle and deeply meaningful. It’s in the moment someone speaks a truth they’ve never said out loud… when a long-held weight starts to lift… or when a client begins to trust themselves again. This work is sacred to me. I’m constantly inspired by the courage of the people I work with, and I’m humbled to walk beside them on their journey. Every session is a reminder that healing isn’t linear, but it is possible—and that connection and compassion truly can change lives.
I’m Keri, a holistic practitioner dedicated to supporting your journey toward balance, wellness, and a deeper connection with yourself. Whether you're navigating stress, chronic discomfort, emotional blocks, or simply seeking a more grounded and aligned life, I’m here to help you heal from the inside out. My approach combines mind, body, and spirit—offering personalized care that honors your unique story.
