Psychiatry and the pursuit of well-being have always been more than just a career for me—they have been my calling. From early in my life, I felt drawn to understanding the complexities of the human mind and helping others navigate their mental health challenges. Over the course of my career, and through my own personal experiences, this calling has only deepened. As an integrative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, each with their own unique stories and struggles. My approach has always centered on the belief that mental health cannot be separated from the rest of a person’s well-being. The emotional, physical, and psychological aspects of health are deeply intertwined, and true healing requires addressing the whole person.
