I believe in creating a nurturing, safe space where you can explore your personal journey and move toward becoming your best self. I take a holistic approach, recognizing the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. Opening my own practice has been a lifelong dream, and I am truly excited to have you be a part of this meaningful journey. Though this is a psychiatric practice, I offer a unique combination of resources designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of your health. By looking at your entire system — mind, body, and spirit — I work with you to create a personalized care plan that not only addresses your mental health but also fosters a sense of wholeness and balance. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing, growth, and greater well-being. From early in my life, I felt drawn to understanding the complexities of the human mind and helping others navigate their mental health challenges. Over the course of my career, and through my own personal experiences, this calling has only deepened. As an integrative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, each with their own unique stories and struggles. My approach has always centered on the belief that mental health cannot be separated from the rest of a person’s well-being. The emotional, physical, and psychological aspects of health are deeply intertwined, and true healing requires addressing the whole person.
