We are focused on helping you achieve your goals and challenge you to grow how you see fit. Who we Work With: Our clients are of diverse gender, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds. I also have an extensive history working within school systems and love to help clients find support in balancing the demands of school and staying mentally healthy. Treatment Styles:  I believe not one treatment style fits every person. We, as a therapist client team, should try different techniques until we find the best fit for you. I work with multiple research based clinical approaches such as: Animal Assisted Therapy and Interventions (AAT) Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Somatic Therapies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Motivational interviewing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Experiential Therapies like: Art and Play Therapy Guided Imagery Movement Based Therapies. When using any of these treatment theories, I always practice in a trauma informed, strength based, and client centered way. This means you control the session and where you want to go, while I guide and support your therapeutic journey.
