I approach clients holistically; using client's personal struggles with mental health based on the client's age, gender and sexual identify, cultural and ethical background as well as life experiences. Taking this information into consideration, I aim to customize therapy to each specific client in order to promote long lasting self-care and well-being.

My goal is to work together with my clients to aid them in getting better acquainted with their emotions, and help them understand the relationship between their thoughts feelings and behaviors. As your therapist I will help you navigate various pressures, and triggers in order to be more insightful as a means of coping. My specialties include work with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ community whom are coping with anxiety, depression, body image, life changes, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, and other related conditions.
