I am available for teletherapy and work with adults who are looking to connect with a licensed professional to process life’s stressors and address specific emotional responses and behaviors. Life is tough and reaching out for help with managing some aspects is the right thing to do. I use Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat mood changes, trauma, impulse control and anxiety although not exclusively.

I’m a very compassionate, caring, and empathetic person. I provide holistic care and collaborate with my clients to develop a treatment plan that they are comfortable with. I’m in the belief that mental health wellbeing is a priority. My experiences encompass working with clients across the life span, including Child and Adolescents, Adult, and Geriatric patient populations.
